We want you to love your Solid & Striped pieces, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
